To join or renew your membership:

Fill out an online form and make an online payment. This online form will also allow you to upload images of your artwork to be included on the JAG website. CLICK HERE FOR THE ONLINE FORM.
PRINT AND MAIL
Print out the PDF form by clicking on THIS LINK. Mail this with your payment to the address on the form. Be sure to get your bio and photos sent to the right people so you’ll have information on the website.
